CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT

Many people misunderstand chiropractic adjustments, thinking they involve just “popping” the neck or “cracking” the back like doing it themselves or on someone else. This misconception can lead to fear and reluctance to seek chiropractic care. Adjustments are for everyone - infants, seniors and everyone in between.

In reality, chiropractic adjustments involve various methods to analyze and correct spinal issues, known as Vertebral Subluxations. With over 500,000 adjustments performed in 30 years, I have developed specific techniques to address conditions like Postural Changes, Forward Head Syndrome, Disc Degeneration, Osteoarthritis, Scoliosis, Headaches, Migraines and Sciatica. I prefer a mix of traditional hands-on adjustments and modern mechanical tools for effective care.

VIBRACUSSOR

This instrument helps relax tight muscles, relieve swelling, improve joint movement, reduce post-exercise soreness, and break up tight fascia and scar tissue. Its benefits include less frequent and painful musculoskeletal issues, reduced need for pain medication, and enhanced ability to engage in activities again.

LASER THERAPY

Known as low-level or cold laser therapy, it aims to reduce pain through a process called photobiomodulation. This involves using laser light to stimulate healing and decrease inflammation without producing heat which ensures a pain-free experience. The light specifically targets the damaged cells, leaving healthy cells unharmed. Cold laser therapy has little to no side effects as it promotes healing and prevents inflammation.

ARTHROSTIM

We have trained to use the Arthrostim, a handheld tool that gently and safely adjusts the spine. It applies small bursts of force in a specific area, similar to a traditional adjustment but more gently, without the typical "crack" sound. The Arthrostim helps maintain effective adjustments while using less force, making the experience more comfortable and suitable for various conditions.

SHOCKWAVE THERAPY

The device harnesses the body’s natural healing processes by sending shock waves that trigger beneficial chemical and biological responses, a phenomenon known as "mechanotransduction." Its key benefits include increased blood flow to the injured area through enhanced growth factors and nitric oxide, the creation and growth of new and existing blood vessels, reduction of pain by lowering pain-causing substances, regeneration of muscle and nerve tissue through stem cell activation, significant reduction of inflammation, and improved wound healing.
